How long does my video have to be?

When will comics know if they are selected?

Comedians will be notified via email and we will also post it on our website. 

Is this a Comedy Competition?

No, all the shows are showcase style shows. 

Does my video have to be clean or not?

Just be funny and don't send us a video of you doing crowd work.

If selected, do I have to get my own lodging?

NoHo Comedy Festival provide lodging for comedians not living in the Los Angeles area.

What kind of industry will be at the Festival?

A LOT! Its Hollywood! NHCF will have agents, managers, casting directors and bookers in attendance. We are talking very good quality industry...like really good. 

How shows will I get to perform on if I'm selected?

Selected comedians will get to perform on at least 2 shows while at the festival. 

What kind of workshops and Q&A's will there be?

We will have various things we cover such as "How to pitch a TV Show" or "How to prep for a TV set" or "How to get road work" or "How not to be an A**hole" 

Do the workshops cost money?

Workshops and Q&A's are free for Festival Comedians, if you happen to be not a festival comedian you can still attend any workshop for a small Fee.
